We offer carefully selected sweetfish from all over Japan. Kimura Ayu (Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture) A pioneer in sweetfish farming! Achieving a farming environment that surpasses the natural environment. Omi Ayu (Aisho Town, Shiga Prefecture) The beautiful underground waters of the Suzuka Mountains are used to lavishly run the fish, resulting in a finely textured body surface and a rich fragrance. Sudachi Ayu (Tokushima City) A farm is set up in the clear Yoshino River, and sweetfish with rich vitamin C are mixed into the feed, resulting in a richly fragrant sweetfish.
